Confirmation Sega Sonic Adventure 2 re-released later this year

Sega Confirms Sonic Adventure 2 Re-Release
Since the days when unfortunately missed Sega ruled the video-gaming roost, they have found much success in the modernization and re-issue their classic titles in HD for the current consoles.

Daytona has made House of the Dead, and Jet Set Radio, among other things already made the leap to the current generation, and now Sega has confirmed that the next Sega to see a title, re-release Sonic Adventure will be 2.

Originally for the Dreamcast back in 2001 over 10 years ago, when this thought does not scare you too much, Released it featured classic planes like City Escape, which was recently revised for the fantastic Sonic Generations.

Sega confirmed the existence of the game, which was strong in its 'Sonic Boom' event at Comic Con rumors.

We have no further details about the port at this stage, in terms of whether additional extras will be added, but it was confirmed that the title will be for both PS3 and Xbox 360 in the direction of the next few months.

While we look forward to Sonic Adventure 2 and Jet Set Radio, we are still hoping to see HD Shenmue confirmed soon, perhaps as an early Christmas present from Santa Sega.
