THQ has returned the rights to Valhalla Studios' action game Devil's Third. According to the game creator, Itagaki, he is tormented by the move but grateful for the IP transmission.
The game at THQ's future was in doubt back in May, with reports that the creator of the game engine and folded that the publisher had doubts that the game would be profitable.
THQ confirmed that the company is not in the publication of Devil's Third, publisher of over € gamers. All of the game has IP rights to Itagaki-san and the Valhalla team has returned.
Itagui said in an interview with Famish magazine that he is grateful to former President THQ Danny Billson efforts for the game alive. But in the end both sides agreed that the contract would transfer back to Valhalla is best for both companies.
