2012 The Last of Us Gameplay Demo Wows, Makes Us Cringe with Delight

The Last of Us Gameplay Demo Wows, Makes Us Cringe with Delight

We will have the full demo video soon, but meanwhile, here are some of the highlights that our office was yelling and screaming .

as you might have guessed from that collective  You may have just heard, the game show us the last of which was shown at E3 2012 Sony press conference was a WTF moment after another. There were no major new features revealed, but the game has more than enough goodies to keep us over until we see close game this week at E3.

For my part, I'm a sucker for great character animations, and see how Joel and Ellie aside, put his hands on the deck before them slip through the windows, fools and choke to death were we're just too cool for words.

The sound design is super sharp, so that each firearm, step, and the enemy of your ears scream with terrifying clarity.

The desolation covered with game settings could not be more exciting, and a sense of scope is remarkable, especially since there is an open world game.

The petrol bombs have been confirmed, as shown by Joel, who set fire to a couple of enemies, flammable unfortunately the only way to survival of any self-respecting would.

The melee kills are particularly brutal, and blend seamlessly into the action At one point, Joel loads a shotgun-toting, and instead of just grabbing it, was super intense fight between the two, giving the time of throwaway usually to another level of intensity.

Once Joel said the weapon, and then beat the fool in the face with the butt of the gun until he died. But then things got even hotter when another enemy Joel beaten from behind before turning rudely to the ground.

As the two struggled for control of a gun, load Ellie came back and stabbed the enemy from behind.

As the wounded attacker waved in pain on the floor, Joel was able to put shotgun round into the guy's face like the demo cut black.

There were plenty of other details that are worth discussing, but we have to wait until we can rematch the demo to detect them. Meanwhile, be sure to check our latest preview last one of us for more.
